Life Insurance
You are provided a $10,000 premium free (i.e., at no cost to you) life insurance benefit. The benefit is payable to your Beneficiary(ies) upon your death, for any cause, while you are covered under the Plan.An Accelerated benefit of up to $5,000 is payable prior to your death if you have a terminal illness and you are expected to die within six months. The Life Insurance Benefit will be reduced by the amount of the Accelerated Benefit.
